LBCO-2 Carbonate Carbon Dioxide Analyzer

I. Overview 

The coal carbonate carbon dioxide analyzer complies with the national standard GB/T 218-2016 "Determination of Carbonate Carbon Dioxide Content in Coal" and is a device for measuring the carbonate carbon dioxide content in coal. The determination of carbon dioxide employs the alkali asbestos absorption gravimetric method. The working principle of this device is that a quantitative coal sample reacts with xys, and the carbonate in the coal sample decomposes to release carbon dioxide, which is absorbed by a U-shaped tube filled with alkali asbestos. The carbonate carbon dioxide content in the coal is calculated based on the mass increase of the U-shaped tube. This device features an aesthetically pleasing and rational structure, convenient operation, and high precision and accuracy in measurement results.

II. Functional Features

1. Utilizes a high-performance air pump to ensure stable airflow, with an adjustable rotameter to maintain a consistent gas flow during testing.

2. Equipped with an automatic timing function to control the heating reaction time and gas extraction absorption time automatically.

3. The entire process of reaction and absorption is automatically controlled.
